Column Attach Registry entry

Specify additional search terms to be used when making an attachment and querying for the matching attachment record.

Usage

This Registry entry can be assigned to users and groups:

where:

column	is the name of the column in the primaryAn attachment is made from one record to another. The record from which the attachment is initiated is the Primary record; the record that is attached is called the Target. module from which the attachment is made.
term	is in the format column=value, where column is the name of a column in the targetAn attachment is made from one record to another. The record from which the attachment is initiated is the Primary record; the record that is attached is called the Target. module and value is the value for which to search.

Example

This entry specifies that when attaching a Parties record to the Institution: (Place Of Birth Details) field in the Births module, only Parties records of type Organisationwill be shown:
